These Audio Guides will lead the Peregrino (Spanish for pilgrim) on a journey exploring themes of the Camino; Simplicity, Presence, Hospitality and Gratitude, Perseverance, and Pilgrimage as a Way of LIfe. These guides will introduce the theme, explore an embodiment practice, create space to pray a breath prayer based on a Psalm, reflect on a story from the life of Jesus, and share poetry and song.
